Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible experience with enhancing high-quality technology system reliability & availability, including through continually improving application support & incident response processes. Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: systems analysis, design, & operations; replication setup, administration, & tuning of software applications; developing post-implementation reviews & driving root cause analyses of issues; integration platforms, including Clarity, SDLC, & Service Now; & AWS, Dynatrace, ELF, GCP, Github, Grafana, Hive, Jenkins, Java, Mongo DB, MySQL, Oracle, Postgres, Python, ReactJS, Springboot, Splunk, & XLR.
Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week. Job Location: Phoenix, AZ. Rate of Pay: $123,000.00 - $215,250.00 annually.
