Position requires a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, along with 12 months of experience in the construction industry. Experience in reading and interpreting engineering plans, specifications, and contracts; managing multiple estimates simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines; and familiarity with local and national construction regulations and codes also required.
