SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS: Participate in SDLC. Write stored procedures, triggers, views & functions. Develop program interfaces & integrate with apps. Migrate data & code to/from various databases. Conduct analysis of client operations. Perform QA, UAT & production support.

QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEERS: Review & analyze requirements to ensure that requirements are testable. Prepare Test Strategy & Effort Estimation. Prepare end-to-end/Master Test Plan, develop Test Plans. Cases & Scripts. Perform Sanity, Functional, Regression, database & GUI test. Execute Test Cases, validate test results & perform defect management.
Skills Required: JavaScript, J2EE, Oracle, Toad, SQL, Unix, HP Quality Center, IBM Clear Quest, Bugzilla, Putty & JIRA.
BUSINESS ANALYSTS: Gather & document business objectives, specs & requirements. Design & document business flows & processes. Gather BRD docs & attend JAD sessions. Use Agile/SCRUM.
Skills required: SQL, PL/SQL, Rally, JIRA, ClearQuest, ClearCase, UML, JBase, DB2, Oracle, Agile & Waterfall.
DATA ENGINEERS: Gather & document requirements & develop functional specifications. Perform data analysis to source & target RDBMS tables. Design & create logical/physical data models. Develop ETL process, write & execute ETL test scripts. Design & develop BI reports. Provide post-implementation support & resolve tickets as per SLAs.
Skills Required: Oracle, PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, IBM DB2, Mainframe, ETL & XML.
