Lead the design & implementation of scalable, resilient database messaging & streaming infrastructure to support high-availability & high-throughput across multiple apps environments, & technologies including Kafka.
Requirements: Master's in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent & 4 years of experience assessing systems responsible for handling common operational tasks, & designing solutions to improve automation; enhancing database automation through code using GoLang & writing shell scripts to enhance systems performance with minimum downtime; utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) Software Development Kits (SDK) to interact with infrastructure & development tools to automate tasks; working with NoSQL style document stores including Cassandra, Aerospike, & Couchbase to improve functionalities; working with AWS services & deploying services on AWS cloud; & utilizing configuration management tools including Chef or Ansible.
