Manage funds, audits, client cycle deadlines, and staff workload to ensure that deliverables are met. Train team members on complex financial reporting tasks. Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and 3 years of experience with reviewing financial reports including schedules of investments and cover-to-cover financial statements. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience providing financial reporting expertise for new investments, derivative products, financial statement preparation, and auditor inquiries; 3 years of experience managing funds, audits, client cycle deadlines, and staff workload; 3 years of experience performing quality checks of financial reports; 3 years of experience identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce risk and increase team efficiencies; 3 years of experience performing audit and client management; and 3 years of experience automating financial statement content.
