Exelixis U.S. LLC seeks Senior Regional Director, MSLs in Alameda, CA.
Duties:
• Provide, direct, guide, and support a team of MSLs in an assigned region.
• Conduct assessment, recognition, and improvement of MSL performance at the individual and group level.
• Ensure the successful execution of MSL strategic, operational, and tactical plans.
• Keep the executive director of MSLs informed about key information in a timely manner.
• Represent Exelixis Medical Affairs as managers in the field.
• Represent Medical Affairs management as a cross-functional partner within the company.
• Actively support the professional development of reports with guidance from the executive director of MSLs.
• Lead high visibility Medical Affairs projects and be accountable for the outcomes.
• Represent Exelixis management at medical conferences and provide session summaries.
This is a telecommuting position that can be performed from anywhere in the United States.
50% of domestic and international travel required.
The position supervises 6-8 subordinate employees in the roles of MSLs.
$248,000 - $292,000 per year.
