Lead the design, development, and deployment of petabyte-scale machine learning products and data pipelines. Ensure the integration of AI/ML and data solutions with Swoop's proprietary systems for audience targeting and activation. Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers specializing in machine learning, data engineering, and software development. Architect, design, and develop automated systems for high-volume, customized ML/AI data production across federated Real-World Data (RWD), Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), and GenAI-driven natural language data environments using Apache Spark, Scala, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Databricks. Write code to process multiple large data sources, including hundreds of millions of de-identified patient data, to tackle challenging health innovation problems. Design, implement, and operationalize data product flows using Apache Spark and Scala on Databricks. Train, validate, and fine tune ML models. Configure and manage Swoop's data processing and ML infrastructure using AWS, Databricks and Terraform. Validate and improve the quality of long-lived data assets. Enhance existing platform tools and frameworks and create new tools as needed. Architect, design, and develop infrastructure to effectively manage the ML model lifecycle in production environments using Apache Spark, Scala, Databricks, and AWS. Support Swoop's business operations by providing analytics, reporting, and insights. Contribute to Swoop's cutting-edge approach to big data, ML, and AI by defining the patterns for a new wave of systems to support the rapid creation, automation, and evolution of data/AI products. Leverage open platforms to unify data warehousing, advanced analytics, data science, and MLOps. Build upon the emerging Lakehouse architecture and Spark ecosystem.
