- Define control system level architecture for next generation locomotive control system, decomposing the interfaces of both hardware and software system elements.
- Support the definition of software interfaces that exist between core platform software, middleware translation layer, and control applications.
- Support requirements development to ensure properly leveled, clear, and concise requirements are captured using SysML and MBSE tools.
- Support validation and define/execute integration testing to ensure robust system design.
- Participate in, or lead as appropriate, requirements, architecture, and integration design reviews.
