Drive the vision, roadmap planning, and execution of Coupa's Travel and Expense product, both short-term and long-term. Balance innovation, customer, and market needs to deliver delightful, useful, and consumer-like experiences. Collaborate with partners in engineering and UX to design and deliver features that expand the Coupa Travel and Expense offering. Manage the entire product life cycle, strategic planning, roadmap, feature design, development support, go-to-market, and field support. Work cross-functionally to ensure alignments between product areas and the wider organization. Work with external partners that are critical to the Coupa Travel and Expense ecosystem. Conduct competitive market analysis. Research and evaluate potential partner opportunities. Continually assess our products' competitive market position in the U.S. and internationally. Represent the product internally and externally, with occasional travel and presentations—both internally and to customers with wide ranging user needs and levels of sophistication. 100% Telecommuting permitted within the U.S.
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field and 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in related roles.
Special Requirements: This role requires 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- Managing product life cycle, strategic planning, roadmap, feature design, development support, go-to-market, and field support.
- Collaborating with partners in engineering and UX to design and deliver features.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure alignment between product areas and wider organization.
- Analyzing user behaviors to inform roadmap prioritization using key data science concepts including data analysis, machine learning and SQL.
