Manage teams providing management strategy consulting services for clients. Oversee the formulation and implementation of strategic recommendations to improve the performance of Bain's clients' businesses. Req. MS+3/BS+5. Travel to client sites as required for client consulting projects to establish needs and present recommendations. Domestic and International travel required only on an as-needed basis. Overnight travel may be required.

In California state, the good-faith, reasonable annualized full-time salary range for this role is between $222,000 - $234,500/Year, placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level.
