Enforce quality standards; perform daily reviews; address non-conformances and implement corrective actions. Promote and enforce safe work practices; ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Identify training needs; facilitate continuous improvement. Develop and update SOPs; support 5S and TPM initiatives. Adjust workflows to meet production timelines.
Min reqts: Bachelor's in I.E., Mech. Eng, Mfg Eng, or closely related field. Will accept foreign degree equivalent. 2 yrs exp in job offered or related positions of Team Lead, Production Operator, Production Supervisor, Ind Eng, Mfg Eng., or Operations Supervisor. Exp must include 1 yr managing production lines, coordinating manufacturing processes, optimizing workflows, & ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards; 2 yrs in industrial or medical device manufacturing environment involving lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, & cross-functional team coordination; 2 yrs with basic measurement equipment and inspection procedures, blueprint reading, & tolerance adjustment and fixture offsets.
