Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or closely related field of study; 2 years of experience in analyzing corporate investment-grade fixed-income markets & economic trends using Bloomberg; & using Excel for Large-Scale Transactional & Market Data Analysis; Extensive knowledge of fixed income markets. Knowledge of Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), including structuring & compliance of transferable tax credits (PTC/ITC); Expertise in share repurchases including understanding of market microstructure, Rule 10b-18 guidelines, blackout timing, liquidity considerations, & algorithmic pacing to implement Enhanced Open Market Repurchase (eOMR).
