Oversee all spa service training and innovation for the One Spa World Resort spa division. Create, update, and deliver training modules for the online Learning Management System (LMS). Engage in the spa service innovation process with the Operations team to create new, and update existing, spa service offerings. Develop training program for each modality that indicates order and timeframe for training new staff on service protocols. Must travel 75% of time in the field for hands on training and spa audits internationally.
High School Diploma or foreign equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in job or as Spa Trainer or Spa Manager. Experience must include: employment in maritime (cruise) spa operations; training and mentoring of spa technicians; performing body massages, facials, nail services, and makeup application; managing spa operations in multiple locations; and conducting location audits. 75% international travel.
