Requirements: Master's in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering & 2 years experience in job offered or equivalent as Senior Engineer - QA &/or Chief Site Coordinator - Project, Engineering &/or Business Consultant &/or Business Analyst. Background in education, training or experience must include background in or certification in project management; demonstrated skills in steering cross functional teams & remote teams with a proven history as a change agent, driving transformation across the value chain; experience in or certifications as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) & experience in Design for 6 Sigma or Certification as Design for 6 Sigma Black Belt (DFSS), Regulatory Compliance (ISO), Lean Tools; demonstrated Zero Defect Knowledge, Customer Complaints Handling, & Quality Management System (QMS) knowledge. Position is hybrid model with 3 days in office & work-from-home available 2 days. Domestic & international travel up to 25% to regional factories in Sumter, SC, Monterrey, Mexico, and Tortuguitas, Argentina for internal meetings, trainings, & workshops.
