Reqs: Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Business, HR, or a related field, + 7 yrs progressive HR exp w/ a complex multinational company. Must have 7 yrs of exp w/ the following: experience of HR policies, practices, & best practices. Must have 5 yrs exp w/ the following: experience in a global & matrix org; proficiency in HRIS systems & MS Suite; proficiency in global scale change management activities & execution. Must have a SHRM-SCP cert. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times/wk. Up to 5% domestic & intl travel reqd. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
