Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field + 5 years of related experience required. ADP will also accept a master's degree + 3 years of related experience. Employer will accept pre-bachelor's degree experience.
1 year of experience must include: Data Analysis & Visualization using Python, SQL, Power BI, & R; AI & ML for predictive analytics, including forecasting, classification, & clustering; AI-Based Forecasting tools to improve planning & forecasting accuracy by leveraging AI frameworks; Customer Sentiment Analysis tools & recommendation systems using NLP & collaborative filtering; Build secure, scalable data-sharing systems for seamless integration across platforms; Access/Entitlement Management for implementing secured data access systems & ensuring compliance with government policies; Data Mapping & Querying in cross-database queries (SQL & NoSQL) to integrate & analyze complex datasets; Develop Real-Time Reports with Power BI & Databricks; Conduct Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis through applied statistical methods & quality analysis for trend identification & business strategy.
