Oversight of establishment operations including monitoring of food operations in food preparation methods, inventory control, & regulatory compliance. Maintaining records in accordance to government requirements, managing budgets, & resolving customer complaints to uphold service standards. Must supervise 1st Line Supervisors of Food Preparation & Serving Workers.
Required High School Diploma or foreign equivalent & 2 years of experience in lean financial management in the food industry. Required unanticipated travel to worksites within the area of intended employment 25% of the time.
