Work w/ Executive Assistants & IT Service Desk to drive an innovative support plan & technology roadmap for Executive's technology needs, including travel & other offsite engagements.
Reqs: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equiv) in Info Tech, Comp Sci, or related field + 5 yrs exp providing IT support in a corporate environment. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/ the following: exp w/ Windows 10/11 Support w/ HW break/fix exp; exp w/ Apple Mobile Devices (iPad/iPhone/AppleTV/iOS/LTE); exp w/ MS Office Products (special focus on Office365 / Teams / Outlook / Exchange). Must have 2 yrs of exp w/ the following: exp w/ Audio/Visual Support; exp providing technical support to Sr Executives; Project Management exp; & Vendor Management, Negotiation Skills, General Management exp. Up to 5% domestic & international travel req. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 times/week. *Employer will accept 2 yrs of exp in lieu of a Bachelor degree. If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
