Duties: Monitor .NET applications in the Data Center. Troubleshoot performance issues across the full stack hosted on Windows and Linux using tools like AppDynamics, SumoLogic, Logic Monitor or SQL Logs. Serve as an escalation point for DC Ops, Tech Support, Engineers, and other technology teams in the resolution of server and system problems. Contribute to the development and maintenance of automation tools (e.g., Chef, Bamboo, PS, Jenkins or Octopus) used in the management of our infrastructure. Administer and troubleshoot all mission critical environments. Maintain Payment Card Industry (PCI), protected health information (PHI), and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance with required applications and environments. 100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.
