Eightfold AI Inc. seeks a Sr. Product Manager in Santa Clara, California, to own and drive all aspects of your product area from product vision and roadmap to delivery and customer adoption. Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, and work closely with designers, developers, and data scientists to make these a reality. Serve as a product evangelist with Customers, Executives, Marketing & Sales teams to help them understand the vision, roadmap and best practices. Serve as the head of support for the product by proactively triaging customer requests and ensure a stellar customer experience. Define and monitor key performance metrics to evaluate product success, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives and facilitating data-driven decision-making. Conduct competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and ensure the product remains differentiated in the market. Lead cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and user needs to deliver impactful solutions.
Salary range $121,701.00 to $196,749.12 per year
