Lead and inspire teams by communicating a vision for the project as well as involving people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization. Lead project team in the design and development of full stack mobile solutions, including management of team (design, engineering, and QA). Effectively communicate with stakeholders, and forecast implication of near-term decisions on future deliverables. Create budget and scopes of work (SOW), schedules in MS Project, functional specifications, amongst other documentation. Manage project scope, delivery milestones, and ensure that all teams have the information needed to make informed decisions.
