Niagara Bottling, LLC seeks Maintenance Engineers in Lancaster, TX (& other unanticipated US locations as needed)
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics, technical drawings and testing equipment.
• Conduct tests throughout all stages to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshoot/solve production problems.
• Process optimization along with the maintenance of existing programs.
• Assist with JSA and development of procedures to ensure workplace safety.
• Provide technical support to technicians and management.
• Develop and provide training to Managers, Supervisors and operators on new processes and maintain documentation.
• Maintain current knowledge of emerging hardware and software technologies.
• Create and report repairs throughout shift.
• Complete required work order paperwork, document parts and material usage.
• Drive to continuously improve safety behaviors and be a vocal safety advocate in all plant management meetings and initiatives.
