Job Description: Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Utilize statistical modeling and forecasting techniques to create business intelligence tools to support Redfin's marketing initiatives. Serve as a go-to cross-functional partner for marketing analytics. Collaborate closely with marketing and data engineering teams to develop KPIs and cross-channel measurement and reporting. Ensure measurement accuracy. Leverage data analysis tools such as SQL and Python to build, maintain and enhance Redfin's Multi-touch Attribution Model. Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness in Redfin's paid & organic channels. Work with analytics and data engineering teams on data infrastructure, create and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines for attribution model, marketing mix model, and other marketing initiatives. Develop automated reporting in Tableau with data-driven insights and recommendations to identify growth opportunities and influence decision making for future marketing strategies. Rely on analytical and statistical modeling frameworks such as regression, correlation and forecasting to project impact from marketing efforts. Align marketing efforts with business growth and market share increase objectives. Review technical specifications from engineering and analytics to ensure accurate and clear specifications for a product that meets requirements for expected return on investment. Job Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or in related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Special Requirements: Position requires experience in each of the following skills:
- 3 years of experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
- 3 years of experience in data visualization tools, including: Tableau and Looker;
- 2 years of experience in programming languages, including: Python or R for data analysis;
- 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, including: marketing funnel and marketing touchpoint attribution;
- 1 year of experience in ETL and data pipeline, and tools, including Airflow;
- 1 year of experience in predictive modeling statistics; and
- 1 year of experience in version control tools, including Github.
Employment and background checks may be required. Salary Range: $118,414 to $147,800
