• Support the team in driving critical analyses including product and launch performance, promotion effectiveness/ROI, and resource allocation.
• Provide strategic sales and marketing insights with minimal guidance/supervision, work on multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate extensively with partner groups within and outside of the Commercial Organization.
• Provide technical/analytical expertise to team through big data analytics.
• Apply analytical and statistical methods to answer a variety of portfolio level business questions, using multiple data sources and technical tools.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of promotional efforts, projects, and practices and identify opportunities to optimize value of investments.
• Clearly and concisely present analytic methodology, results, and insights to stakeholders.
• Provide objective analysis and recommendations to support decision making and enable the execution of key business initiatives.
• Partner effectively and collaborate with internal divisions to provide holistic analytical insight.
