Duties:
• Collaborate with developers and analysts on test case design and best practices in the testing and development of new functionality and maintaining and improving existing systems.
• Attend business analysis and development project meetings to define and develop test cases.
• Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
• Design and record QA automation scripts; alter automated code scripts to allow for multiple inputs, versions, and dates.
• Write, revise and verify quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain (maintain) quality of software.
• Make recommendations for program improvements or corrections.
• Exhibit leadership skills while spending the majority of time being hands-on, executing manual tests and scripting automated test scenarios.
• Act as a team subject matter expert.
