E-Technologies Group, LLC seeks Controls Engineer II in Modesto, CA.
• Perform detailed calculations to develop manufacturing standards and specifications
• Design control system networks and control panels
• Direct the manufacture, installation, and testing of electrical equipment to ensure that products meet specifications and codes
• Develop and design electronic components
• Evaluate systems and recommend design modifications or equipment repair
• Inspect electronic equipment, instruments, and systems to make sure that they meet safety standards and applicable regulations
• Develop PLC and HMI code
• Develop controls system documentation (i.e., IO list, device list, scope of work, conduit schedules, routing tables, FAT and SAT plans)
• Perform FATs, commissioning, and SATs
• Perform Peer Design Reviews
• Manage and communicate your individual schedule to customers (internal and external)
• Participate in training to improve any necessary skills
• Train/mentor engineers to help develop the engineers and our company
• Work on various projects in the manufacturing, industrial, food and beverage industries, etc.

Requires:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, computer engineering, and other closely related degrees and three years of experience in the job offered or related occupations.
Must have 3 years of experience in the following skills: PLC and HMI code, control systems documentation, perform FATs, commissioning, and SATs, design new ways to use electrical power to improve products, and design control system networks and control panels.
Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the U.S.
40 hours/week, $86,362.00 - $104,500.12 per year. Standard company benefits.
