Delivery of quality software while assisting in user acceptance testing and training. Ensure all appropriate documentation of the solution is in place and is according to defined standards. Contribute to project scope, resource requirements, skill requirements, project milestones, budgets and risks per IS standard methods and practices. Providing overall leadership to the project team by giving direction, guidance and oversight to team members. Ensuring successful completion of assigned performance objectives within established time and budget constraints. Providing technical guidance to team members. Participating in product enhancements of existing software, and new project development life cycle.
