Duties: Demonstrate & train eGain partners on using eGain solutions and APIs. Configure the eGain solutions as per Partner's use cases. Own the technical relationship with our partners, empowering them to drive a successful pilot or proof of concept. Design and document the integrated solutions with other CRMs and SaaS systems to improve the functional experience. Collaborate with documentation and pre-sales team to showcase the new solutions to prospects and existing customers. Collaborate with QA and developers to ensure the newly built solutions meet the product release criteria. Work directly with partners in sales and post-sales cycle to assure they have all the tools necessary to deliver successful deliverables. 100% Telecommuting is permitted. Salary: $115,000 - $140,000.
