Cambium Assessment, Inc. seeks Senior Technical Project Manager in Arlington, VA.
Duties: Develop specifications for data layouts, including data capture and input. Create, manage, and maintain detailed data schedules to meet client-specific deliverables. Validate and monitor input to ensure consistency, quality, and integrity of data. Troubleshoot and run a variety of scheduled reports. Provide technical assistance and training to staff personnel. Maintain knowledge with respect to relevant programming languages, systems, and data environments. Manage proper and up-to-date documentation on client deliverables and organizational processes.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Position also requires 5 years of experience communicating critical business initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Position also requires 3 years of experience with task delegation and project schedule development. Must have 2 years of experience in: Structured Query Language (SQL); and Data management, including data analysis, managing database software, data integrity, and business intelligence. Position requires any amount of knowledge of Jira, Confluence, TeamCity, Git, Bitbucket, or Octopus. Telecommuting (remote work) is permitted.
