Participate in the development and maintenance of software solutions for Securus Technologies, LLC. Duties include: develop, maintain, and debug software based on specifications; collaborate on code reviews (quality) and document implementation; meet deadlines and deliverable requirements for software solutions; interface with cross-functional departments, including Quality Assurance (QA) and Production Support; analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system; analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints; develop or direct software system testing or validation procedures, programming, or documentation; modify existing software to correct errors, adapt it to new hardware, or upgrade interfaces and improve performance; store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and report writing. May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. with approval from HR and management.
