Duties: Architect, design, and implement scalable and secure microservices using the .NET technology stack. Develop and maintain applications deployed in AWS EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) to ensure high availability and scalability. Implement and monitor system performance using New Relic and other observability tools to maintain system health and uptime. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices in software engineering. Ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of the software solutions. Take ownership of the end-to-end experience of the product area owned by the team, ensuring its ongoing quality and performance. Lead the design and implementation of new features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to uphold high standards of software development. Act as the Product Owner/Team Lead for a team of five engineers, driving product development and technical excellence.
Define and manage the technical roadmap, working closely with architects, product managers, and product designers to prioritize and deliver features. Lead research and proof-of-concepts for new features, ensuring feasibility before full-scale development. Facilitate Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Partner with sales and customer support teams to gather feedback on released features and drive continuous improvements.
Collaborate with product management to align engineering efforts with business goals. Engage with architects to ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices and enterprise standards.
