Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field (foreign equivalent acceptable), plus 36 months in job offered or related role in Construction or Real Estate industry. Experience in Product Owner in Agile frameworks; Proven success in data science initiatives, including predictive modeling for real estate and construction; Skilled in process optimization, data quality improvement, and interpreting machine learning models; Expertise in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps); and strong programming skills in SQL, with experience in automation and advanced analytics.
