TEAM LEAD - AMERICAS
Requires JD from accredited US law school, active law license in a US jurisdiction, 24 months experience as commercial counsel handling sales/procurement/negotiation/administration of customer, vendor & SaaS contracts, advice on product development & compliance. Must demonstrate ability to perform job duties.
Duties include: Prep, review, negotiate high volume of contracts (MSAs, consulting, license, SaaS, and customer & vendor agreements). Prep & deliver trainings on policy & procedure. Advise stakeholders on rights/obligations/risks regarding agreements. Ensure compliance with policy & law/regulations. Perform activities & projects as assigned.
$148k-222k/year base salary. WORK VIA TELECOMMUTE & PACIFIC TIME HOURS. Fulltime & no travel required.
