Equinox Holdings, Inc. seeks Data Lead Engineer/Senior Manager (NY, NY) to design, develop, deploy & manage data warehouse pipeline; participate in cross-functional initiatives to develop new capabilities including hands-on development; integrate data from various sources adhering to data quality & accessibility standards; design & optimize dimensional Redshift data models for data warehouse including master data, reference data, metadata, data quality & lineage; develop ETL jobs into data platform; lead design & development of data configuration management, deployment & automated testing systems.
REQUIREMENTS: MS in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related tech field & 5 years software development & data testing experience as Engineer/Analyst or similar (will accept Bachelor's degree in stated fields & 7 years progressive post-Bachelor's software development & data testing experience as Engineer/Analyst or similar); Experience must include 3 years: Developing, deploying, & managing data pipeline using Python, Spark, Redshift & SQL Server; build data models for data warehouse; design & implementation of S3 data lakes; Amazon Services (e.g. DynamoDB, API Gateway, Athena, S3, Glue, EMR); ETL tools (e.g. Informatica/AWS Glue); leading migrations; building processes and debuggers in SDLC; conducting code walkthroughs and review of testing; CI/CD pipeline setup using Jenkins/GitHub; & 2 years experience managing a development team of at least 2 data engineers/analysts (daily tasks & overall output).
