Applicants must have the minimum of Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering or a related field plus at least two years experience in gathering business requirements using Agile, JIRA, Oracle SQL Developer, Microsoft SQL Server, XSLT, and SQL, configuring OIPA using Rule-Palette and XML, performing system analysis, testing, and supporting QA and production issue resolution. Will accept an educational equivalency prepared by a qualified evaluation service. Must have LOMA-281 and LOMA-291 certifications. Must have legal authority to work in the U.S.
