Manage continuous engineering improvement projects & train staff in Lean & Six Sigma. Standardize processes & maintain KPIs. Implement new technologies & Capex plans. Oversee quality assurance & control. Coordinate production, meet deadlines, & revise procedures. Collaborate with customers, sales, & suppliers on costs. Implement Kaizen, Kanban, FIFO, SMED, & TPM. Provide technical training & support.
Requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field. Requirements minimum 3 years experience in pet product manufacturing, operations, project management & mapping tools.
Special Skills/Other Requirements: Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP Systems, AutoCAD, Visio & Data Analysis Software.
