Provide process, design & analysis support for developing solutions for interfacing business applications. Drive requirements elicitation process for work efforts of all size & complexity. Lead work on all phases of systems analysis up to the enterprise level of the organization's business processes & systems.
Must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, CIS or related technical field. Must have 6 years of progressive experience in business analyst or software engineering positions. Must have 4 years of experience performing/utilizing the following: performing business analysis in one or more of the following areas: Project Management, Business Process Management, Relationship Management, Business Operations, Quality; planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting & managing business, functional & technical requirements; interacting with management, business staff, & personnel to gather, compile & exchange information on work requests/project requirements & negotiate disputes effectively; & utilizing experience with Requirements, Testing, Automation, & Traceability Matrix; Waterfall SDLC; Agile; Lean; MS Office; JIRA; Rally; HTML; JavaScript; Python; SOAP UI; Postman; SQL Server; TCL/TK; Oracle; MS Azure; MS Visio; & Linux.
Position may be eligible to work hybrid/remotely but is based out of & reports to Truist offices in Atlanta, GA. Must be available to travel to Atlanta, GA regularly for meetings & reviews with manager & project teams within 24-hours' notice.
