REQS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent in Bus Admin or related field & 5 yrs of progressive, post-bachelor experience as a Product Performance Mgmt Lead Specialist, Solutions Sales Sr Specialist, or related position involving development & management of business strategy for CAM, LATAM & Caribbean regions in a global financial institution. 5 yrs experience must include: Sales strategy development execution, & management; Knowledge of markets & related regulatory requirements of CAM, Caribbean; Knowledge of different methods of payment & receivable management; Monitoring of strategic KPIs, including transaction volumes, account opening via digital channels, client digitization index, & reduction of analog interactions; Solution portfolio management, including competitor analysis, profitability analysis, product commercialization & campaigning, & product adoption tracking; Data & Business analytics; Corp strategy & bus planning; Client relationship management; & Customer information warehouse. Up to 25% internal & domestic travel required. Requires verbal & written fluency in Spanish.
