Wavestone US, Inc. seeks a Senior Account Manager in New York, NY.
Duties: Develop long-term client relationships with key existing customer accounts, focusing on BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) and retail industries, ensuring fluid, timely, and effective communication between Wavestone and clients, and contributing to Wavestone's business development. Outreach to new clients/prospects and successfully generate new leads to open new accounts strategically. Increase managed revenue through cross-selling and educating clients on new and existing service offerings. Manage end-to-end complex RFPs and lead high-level negotiations with C-suite executives and procurement teams (including contracts negotiations and leading MSA processes when required). Maintain the highest level of client support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Build an in-depth knowledge base of our consultant profiles, technology offerings, and the competitive landscape. Develop customer review documents that present all pertinent information in a clear, organized, informative, and compelling manner. Train new team members on account management, sales strategies, and techniques. Lead internal projects to support the company's business growth more effectively and ensuring global alignments of Wavestone processes. Position requires travel to client locations throughout the U.S. approximately 25% of time.
