Position: Management Consultant (Vice President, Risk Advisory) in New York, NY.
Duties: Serve in management consulting role at a global management consulting firm. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations and develop solutions or alternative methods to assist management in addressing government enforcement actions, complex business litigation, disputes, allegations of fraud perpetration, or the experiencing of fraud. Apply accounting, financial and data analysis expertise to assist clients and address their critical issues. Prepare valuation models and perform financial or economic analyses to quantify damages in antitrust or commercial litigation and disputes, as well as for mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and fundraising transactions, financial reporting, and bankruptcy workout. Prepare reports and presentation materials. Contribute to the development of intellectual capital for AlixPartners practice group.
100% telecommuting permitted. Up to 50% of travel to undetermined domestic and international client locations, as needed. $176,571-$220,000/year
