Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and help to fortify Valmet's presence on the refiner segments market in North America. Drive sales growth, optimizing margin, and developing business strategies initiatives to enhance company's footprint. Implement latest technologies developed by Valmet Sweden and Finland to the refiner segments foundry in the USA for application in the North America market. Liaise between the R&D on the foundry and Customers to develop tailored solutions for each process to enhance customer performance. Provide training for Product Sales Managers on USA regions, improving the support to this market. Act as the primary point of contact for technical and sales inquiries, troubleshooting, and support related to refiner segment application and supply. Provide on-site assistance and remote troubleshooting to resolve customer issues and optimize equipment performance. Support the development of the High Consistency and Low Consistency Product Sales Manager on South America. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States, up to 80% of the time, and to Canada and Mexico, up to 20% of the time.
