Requires Master degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics or closely related quantitative discipline & 3 years experience in the position offered, as Data Scientist, or closely related position in data sciences. Alternatively, employer will accept Bachelor degree in fields above & 5 years progressive, post-bachelor experience in positions specified above.
Must have experience with the following: Designing & assessing A/B experiments to accurately evaluate impact of product & feature updates, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making; Conducting deep analysis utilizing scripting languages, such as Python into user behavior, product features & content ecosystem, generating actionable business insights for strategic improvement initiatives; Developing metrics framework to assess product health, monitoring core metrics & analyzing underlying causes of metric fluctuations; Designing, building & deploying scalable, reliable ETL pipelines & dashboards, along with processing frameworks to efficiently analyze large & complex datasets using SQL; Leveraging statistical methods, quantitative analysis & ML to conduct in-depth analyses & deliver key strategic insights; & Partnering with engineers & product stakeholders to solve ambiguous business problems with structured analytics framework & deliver product insights & strategy.
