Wabtec US Rail, Inc. seeks Lead Project Engineer in Fort Worth, TX.
- Work closely with Program Management, Engineering Management and railroad customers to ensure projects meet customer requirements and commitments.
- Translate customer needs and project requirements into detailed project plans while driving internal execution to meet project milestones.
- Manage the project timeline and ensure the internal resources and external dependencies are aligned to complete the project deliverables per plan.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure continuity, consistency and CTQs are met.
- Maintain and track project tasks, features and action items.
- Identify and escalate project risks to Program and Engineering Management to help ensure OTD commitments are met.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of the product.
- Monitor product and customer reported issues and ensure defects are logged, assigned and tracked to completion.
- Participate in the development of proposals for projects.
- Ensure that delivered products achieve highest quality and performance levels.
