Duties:
Partner with AEs and AMs to discover customer needs and design solutions to solve complex customer challenges. Be the expert that articulates our solution capabilities through solution demonstrations anchored in the context of customer need and value. Lead the technical aspects of the solution and customer evaluations while ensuring a memorable experience and delivering value to ensure the technical win. Track and raise feature requests while collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams. Enhancements/capabilities and competitive intel. Provide technical responses to RFPs and RFIs. Train & onboard new hires on the technical aspects of all of ZoomInfo's products, including architecture, technical integrations, and technical use cases. The Technical Solution Consultant position at ZoomInfo plays a critical role in designing and showcasing our data intelligence and go-to-market (GTM) solutions for prospective and existing customers. ZoomInfo provides a suite of B2B SaaS products that help businesses identify and reach their target audiences, enrich and maintain high-quality data, and automate sales and marketing processes. The position's primary mission is to demonstrate how these products and solutions can be effectively integrated into a customer's existing technology stack—such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce.com or HubSpot) and marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo or Eloqua)—to address specific business challenges, streamline sales and marketing operations, and drive revenue growth.
