Responsible to manage the Memphis site operations of Steel Shop, drive the team towards a culture of excellence in Safety, Quality, Cost Efficiency, & embrace & contribute to designing strategic plans & the execution of clips production.
Requires, at a minimum, a US high school diploma (or foreign equivalent); 3 years experience in job offered or related occupation. Also requires hands-on experience in railway equipment manufacturing industry monitoring work order systems & production engineering flows & adjusting & modifying production machinery; experience in implementing safety protocols & techniques within manufacturing processes; & knowledge in lean manufacturing principles & problem-solving methodology.
