Serve as technical interface with customers' developers to test and troubleshoot integration of our product into their solution. Respond to customer inquiries, triage issues, identify scope, and gather information to ensure cases are properly documented. Remote work possible from home office located within commuting distance of Alpharetta, GA HQ. Must work in office 2 days per week. Quarterly travel to client sites and training centers in Europe and Asia as needed.
