Requires Bachelor degree or from equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field + 6 years of overall IT experience. Must have 5 years of experience with writing user stories, serving as a functional implementation lead, & managing team backlogs. Must have 3 years of experience with the following: experience with packaged SaaS software: SAP Commerce (Hybris), Adobe AEM, Salesforce, Apigee, or comparable products; experience in leading teams in an Agile development model; SAFe agile experience; ability to coordinate with scrum architects, data stewards, & functional leads; & ability to manage tooling, epics, & team ceremonies database management
