Duties:
• Define and implement the product strategy for digital workplace applications at Exelixis, including collaboration, productivity, and automation solutions.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing development and operations team to execute the product and platform roadmap.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Exelixis and external partners and suppliers.
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with external vendors and service providers to align product roadmaps and delivery and operations services.
• Oversee the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery across multiple products and stakeholders.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators to assess product effectiveness and business value.
• Manage budget allocation and financial planning across product lines and products.
• Analyze trends and best practices to identify opportunities for new features and improvements across the digital workplace.
