Duties:

Render Consulting and Implementation Service for Murex proprietary financial software systems: Gather requirements, perform configuration, and test and assist with clients during the product implementation
• Render Implementation services of proprietary financial software systems at client sites using Murex's Agile methodology of project management
• Render Consulting service utilizing the proprietary financial software systems, leveraging previous experience of implementations
• Utilize blend of subject matter expertise in different domains such as Financial Markets, Murex proprietary financial system, Information Technology and Advanced Mathematics to liaise and communicate effectively with clients' Sales, Trading, Products and IT teams
• Provide implementation and Murex system update services to domestic and LatAm clients.
• Gather functional and technical requirements and document them using Business Analysis best practices.

Provide a pro-active and high-quality support to Murex clients who utilize Front Office Modules of the Murex platform including pricing, structuring, P&L, risk analysis tools, and market data management and analysis
• Engage in meetings with clients to understand the use of and issues that they have experienced with Murex platform Front & Middle Office Modules
• Provide high-quality support in using the Murex platform for pricing and structuring of complex financial products within Foreign Exchange, Security Finance, Balance Sheet management
• Provide support in using the Murex platform to configure, adapt and structure interest rate curves for correct calculation of pricing, P&L and Risk;
• Provide support for LatAm clients

Work on micro analysis of financial products and derivatives trading activities: provide validation and analysis of financial products, related models and risk profiles of both vanilla and exotics products
• Analyze and validate complex domestic, global and region-specific financial products within Murex platform. Products include, Foreign Exchange such as Spots, NDFs, FX Swaps. Securities Finance products such as Repos, Securities Lending, Total Return Swaps, Short term liquidity products such as Loan/Deposits, Credit Lines and Short paper issuance. Long term issuance.
• Validate pricing and risk profile of aforementioned products and related models using complex algebra or numerical methods
• Provide clients with spreadsheets containing proof of systems' calculation methodology of pricing, VaR and DV01

Provide functional design and technical mapping to tailor Murex solutions to client business needs.
• Leverage knowledge of the system and best practices to tailor Murex solutions to client business needs using native system functionalities
• Adapt the system to suit client business needs by using proprietary Murex Scripting Language
• Act in the interest of client as liaison with product management division to further develop the systems' functionalities in attending their business requirements

Provide first level of technical support in analyzing and troubleshooting the financial system.
• Support client's IT teams in troubleshooting Murex financial software and document service requests using CRM tools
• Develop test cases to troubleshoot the system, document defective use cases for fixing by developers
• Test potential fixes, validate solution and help clients deploy into their local instances
• Provide on-site support whenever required and ensure clients' users are adequately trained to use the platform
• Use technologies, including SQL, Unix, XML Macros, shell scripting, VBA and Bloomberg to provide technical support when necessary

Participate in the preparation of demos and workshops as well as assist in presales engagements
• Support, organize and conduct sales opportunities in the domestic and LatAm market including demonstrations of the application, workshops and proof of concepts
Telecommuting is permitted. Wage Range: $185,099 up to $205,000.
