Neo Flooring LLC is seeking a Network Operations Specialist in Indian Trail, NC 28079, to perform the following duties: manage and customize the Zoho platform to support business operations; maintain and support IT systems, servers, and communication networks; provide user training and troubleshoot software issues; oversee daily use of software tools (CRM, project management, accounting); identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency; collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and ensure policy compliance; stay up to date with new features in Zoho and other platforms.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field, or a foreign degree equivalent. 12 months of experience in a Computer Software Professional position. Experience and knowledge of the Zoho platform are required. A certification in Zoho is considered a plus.
